Shipping policy

Shipping for orders within Australia is free for orders over $250. Orders placed by 10am will usually be sent the same day, orders placed in the afternoon will be sent the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Depending on your location you can expect delivery within a few days.

If you're not happy with your order please contact us so we can make it right! We provide an unconditional return policy on all our products so if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we will happily offer a free replacement or full refund. Just make sure to let us know within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Delivery

Courier deliveries require a signature. The nominated delivery address must have someone available to sign between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Alternatively, you may, at your own risk, provide instructions for where to leave the delivery unattended. If a requested delivery is returned to us, you are liable for any costs incurred in re-delivery.

Ownership of Goods

Notwithstanding the delivery of goods to the customer, title to those goods remains with us until such time as the full price shown on the invoice for the goods has been paid. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that we have the right, until invoices for the goods have been paid in full, to enter the customer’s premises or the premises where the goods are stored, without liability for trespass or damages, and retake possession of the goods and to keep or resell any goods which are repossessed. The Customer agrees to reimburse us for all costs incurred in the repossession of goods under these Terms and Conditions of Trade.

Acceptance of Goods/ Returns

The Customer agrees that it is the Customer’s responsibility to check the contents of all deliveries against delivery dockets and agrees that on acceptance of a delivery, all goods listed on the delivery docket are deemed to have been delivered. The Customer agrees to inspect all goods upon delivery to ensure that they are in satisfactory condition for sale.
